here’s why @ethstatus (SNT) deserves more attention especially now that privacy coins are trending again:
end-to-end encryption using Double Ratchet by default your messages are opaque even to relays
No phone numbers, no emails - identities are pseudonymous keys by default
Messages travel over @Waku_org (libp2p stack) - no central message server to subpoena
RLN (Rate Limiting Nullifier) - a zk-powered, privacy-respecting anti-spam system: limits message volume without revealing identity or linking messages
Sender anonymity is reinforced via mixnets / libp2p routing / sharding making it very hard to trace who sent what
Built by the skilled folks at vac / vacp2p / Waku / Status teams
working on private, gasless, yield-bearing ETH & a new stablecoin on Status’ L2 / rollup architecture
