The October voting slot is live with two new Snapshot proposals:
1) Empower the Lido Ecosystem Foundation to lead bridge-related partnerships
2) Update the Standard Node Operator Protocol (SNOP) policy

1) Empower the Lido Ecosystem Foundation to lead bridge-related partnerships
Since November 2024, the Network Expansion Committee (NEC) has been managing (w)stETH network expansion. However, as bridge partnerships have evolved beyond technical implementation, a more streamlined approach to partner engagement is needed.
To strengthen competitiveness and resilience, the proposal assigns the Lido Ecosystem Foundation to lead negotiations and execution of bridge-related agreements.

2) Update the Standard Node Operator Protocol (SNOP) Policy
A proposal to update the Lido on Ethereum Validator Exits SNOP to v3, to integrate the Triggerable Withdrawals Framework and align SNOP with recent updates (definitions, scope, NO responsibilities).
